It was  Chief Justice Neville DM Samarakoon QC has once said:"If a judge in arriving at a decision if he bends his back backwards no surgeon can straighten it . If it breaks no one can mend it . If  he makes a improper decision the water of the Indian ocean is insufficient to wash his dirty hands.SO MUST IT BE!!
